Cancel your subscription

Ask us to cancel.

Sending this form does not cancel anything by itself. It raises a request that a person reads, so a mis-click cannot end your plan and lose your record. We cancel by hand and confirm by email, usually within a working day.

Your dated history is not deleted when a plan ends. If you want the data removed as well, choose Delete my personal data below instead, or send that as a second request.

Raise a request

Cancellations and erasure requests are carried out by a person, never automatically. Erasure is completed within 30 days, as the privacy policy says.

Up to 5000 characters. If you are reporting a bug, the page address and what you expected to happen are the two most useful things you can give us.

Prefer plain email? Write to [email protected]. The form is faster because it lands in a queue that is tracked rather than in an inbox.

What happens next

  • You get a confirmation email straight away, repeating what you sent.
  • The request appears in our queue with the date on it, so it cannot quietly go stale.
  • A person replies from [email protected].
