Keep the receipts.
We scan your site on a schedule and write down what we find, what you fixed, and the date each of those happened. When somebody asks you to prove you have been working on accessibility, you open the record.

Why anyone buys this
On overlay widgets
The one-line fix does not work.
In April 2025 the Federal Trade Commission fined the largest overlay vendor a million dollars for claiming its AI could make a website compliant. Courts have declined to treat an installed widget as evidence of anything, and settlements now routinely require taking it back off.
Overlays change presentation: font size, colour, cursors. They cannot reach the things that actually generate complaints, because those live in your HTML. Missing alt text. Headings in the wrong order. Form fields with no label. Keyboard focus that disappears. Only a change to the page fixes those.
So we do not sell you a script tag. We tell you what is broken, where it is, and which order to work through it. Then we write down that you did.
FTC v. accessiBe, April 2025
$1,000,000
Penalty for claiming automated software could deliver compliance.
How it works
Four steps, then it runs itself.
-
Prove the site is yours
Add a DNS record or upload a file. We only crawl on a schedule once that checks out.
-
Pick how often we look
Daily, weekly or monthly, against WCAG 2.2 level A and AA, page by page.
-
The record builds itself
Every issue gets a date it was first seen. Every fix gets a date it was confirmed gone. If a deploy brings something back, that gets its own line.
-
Export it when you need it
A dated PDF with the full history, for your lawyer, your client, or a procurement form.
If you look after other people's sites
Twenty five client sites, your name on every report.
A client asks whether their site is accessible and there is nothing honest and concrete to hand them. The Agency plan makes one: every client site scanned on its own schedule, a dated record of what was found and what was fixed, and a PDF carrying your brand rather than ours. Each site stays separate, so giving one client their report never exposes another.
It is $249 a month for 25 sites, which is $9.96 per site at full capacity. What you charge for it is your business and we take no cut. There is no call to book and no minimum term.
| Sites loaded | Per site, per month |
|---|---|
| 5 | $49.80 |
| 10 | $24.90 |
| 15 | $16.60 |
| 25 | $9.96 |

What automated testing cannot tell you.
Automated checks reliably catch somewhere around 30 to 40 percent of WCAG success criteria. They can see that an image has no alt text. They cannot judge whether the alt text you wrote is any good, whether your page makes sense read aloud in order, or whether a caption matches the audio. Those need a person.
No software can make you compliant or safe from a lawsuit, and ours does not claim to. That claim is the exact one that cost a competitor a million dollars. What you get here is a thorough, current, dated record of the work you have actually done, which is a genuinely useful thing to be holding when someone asks.
