Plans

Pricing

Every plan does the same core thing: scan on a schedule and keep the dated record. The difference is how many sites, how many pages, and how often.

Start here if you run an agency

One subscription, 25 client sites, your name on the report.

Most people reading a pricing page are buying for one site. If you look after other people's sites, the calculation is a different one, so here it is before the cards rather than buried at the end of them.

A client asks whether their site is accessible and you currently have nothing to hand them. The Agency plan turns that into a deliverable: every client site scanned on its own schedule against WCAG 2.2 level A and AA, a dated record of what was found and what was fixed, and a PDF that carries your brand name rather than ours. Each site is kept separate, so handing one client their report never exposes another one on your list.

The arithmetic is yours to run. $249 a month covers 25 sites, which is $9.96 per site per month at full capacity. Bill 25 clients $50 a month for monitoring and that is $1,250 against a $249 cost. We take no cut of what you charge and we set no floor.

What we cannot tell you is whether your clients will buy it. Anyone quoting you a conversion rate for a market this new is guessing at it. Test it on two before you plan around 25.

Instead of testimonials

We have no customer logos to show you.

This is a new service, so there is no wall of client badges here and no video testimonials. Putting fake ones up would be an odd way to start a business whose entire argument is that the incumbent got fined a million dollars for saying things that were not true.

What we offer instead is that you can check our work before paying anything. Run a free scan. Read what it says. Compare it against any other tool you like. The findings come from axe-core, which is open source, and we tell you plainly which parts of WCAG automated testing cannot reach.

You can also point our scanner at this very site. It passes, with zero violations, which seems like the least we could do.

Questions

Things people ask before buying

Will this make my site ADA compliant?

No, and neither will anything else you can buy. Compliance is a legal judgement about your whole site, made by people, against how real users with disabilities actually experience it.

Automated testing reliably detects somewhere around 30 to 40 percent of WCAG success criteria. It finds the missing alt attribute. It cannot tell you whether the alt text you wrote is useful. What we sell is thorough, dated evidence of the testing and fixing you have done, which is a real and useful thing, but it is not a certificate.

Why not just use a free scanner?

You should, and we would rather you did than buy something you do not need. WAVE, Lighthouse and axe DevTools are all good, free, and will tell you what is wrong with a page today.

What they cannot give you is history. If a demand letter arrives in October, what helps is being able to show that you found 40 issues in March, fixed 34 by May, and have been scanning weekly since. That record only exists if something was writing it down the whole time. It cannot be produced afterwards, which is the entire reason this service exists.

Do you sell an accessibility widget or overlay?

No, deliberately. In April 2025 the Federal Trade Commission fined the largest overlay vendor one million dollars over claims that its AI could make sites compliant. More than 800 businesses running overlays were sued anyway, and settlements now routinely require removing the widget.

Overlays adjust presentation. They cannot fix missing alt text in your source, broken heading order, unlabelled form fields or keyboard traps, because those live in your HTML. Only changing the page fixes those.

What happens if I cancel?

Scanning stops at the end of the period you have paid for, and your account drops to the free tier.

We do not delete your history. The dated record is the thing you paid to build, and destroying it because you stopped subscribing would be a nasty thing to do. Export your PDF records at any time before or after you cancel. If you want the data actually erased, ask and we will erase it.

How much load does the scanner put on my server?

Very little. We request pages one at a time, never in parallel, with a pause between each, and we skip images and media entirely because the tests read your markup rather than your pictures.

We read robots.txt first and obey it, including any crawl delay you set. A 250 page scan is a slow trickle of ordinary page requests spread over several minutes.

Can I scan a site I do not own?

You can run a single free scan against any public page, which is no more than what a browser does when it visits.

Scheduled crawling of a whole site requires you to prove you control the domain, with a DNS record or a file we ask you to upload. That check exists so this service cannot be pointed at somebody else's infrastructure.

Does it work on sites built with React, Vue or similar?

Yes. We load each page in a real Chromium browser and wait for scripts to finish before testing, so we see the same rendered page a visitor sees rather than the empty shell in your HTML source.

I am an agency. Can the reports carry my brand instead of yours?

Yes, on the Agency plan. The PDF carries your name rather than ours, and you may resell the audits at whatever rate you like. We take no cut and set no floor.

You set the name yourself, from your account page, and it takes effect on the next report you generate. One caveat stated plainly rather than discovered later: it is a name and nothing else. There is no logo upload yet.

The limitation notice appears on every report whoever generated it, which is deliberate. A client reading the PDF sees what automated testing can and cannot establish, whether or not you told them.

Can I keep one client separate from another?

Yes. Each site is its own record with its own history, its own scan schedule and its own PDF export, so handing one client their report never exposes another client on your list.

What does not exist yet is a client login. Your clients do not get accounts of their own, so there is nothing for them to log in to and nothing for them to see by accident. You hold the account and you decide what leaves it. If you want a portal where clients read their own dashboards, we do not have one and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

A client leaves. What happens to my bill?

The Agency plan is one flat $249 a month for up to 25 sites, not a per-seat charge. Removing a client does not reduce the bill and adding one does not increase it. You free a slot and you can fill it the same day.

That cuts both ways and you should price for it. Losing a client costs you nothing here, and winning one costs you nothing here either, which is the point of a flat ceiling. If your client list is closer to three sites than twenty five, the Business plan is the cheaper answer and we would rather you took it. If you need one dated audit for one client and nothing ongoing, the one-off at $149 is cheaper than a month of anything.

Their record does not vanish when they leave. Export the dated PDF and hand it over, which is a decent parting deliverable. Delete the site when you are done and the slot is free.

What happens when I need a 26th site?

25 sites is the hard ceiling on this plan today. There is no larger tier, no overage charge and no "contact sales" tier waiting behind a form. Adding the 26th site is simply refused.

If you get there, write to us. We will tell you honestly whether the infrastructure can carry more and what it would cost, rather than selling you a plan that does not exist yet. A second Agency subscription is possible but it is a clumsy answer and we would say so.

The prices went up. Am I on the old price?

If you were already subscribed, yes. A Stripe subscription stays on the price it was created with, so the increase reaches new sign-ups only. You keep paying what you agreed to pay until you yourself change plan, and nothing about your account gets smaller because the list price moved.

Changing plan, or cancelling and coming back, puts you on the current price. That is the only way the old rate goes away.

We launched below the market and it was the wrong call: the lowest tier attracted the accounts that needed the most help and stayed the shortest time. Raising the list price and leaving existing customers where they are seemed the fairer way to correct it.

What about the European Accessibility Act?

The EAA has applied across EU member states since June 2025 and reaches well beyond public sector sites, covering e-commerce, banking, e-books and more.

The practical technical benchmark is the same WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 level AA we test against, so the same record serves both. We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice about your obligations.

There is one thing the EAA asks for that a scan record alone does not satisfy. Article 13(2) with Annex V requires you to prepare and retain a written description of how your service meets the accessibility requirements, and Article 14 requires any disproportionate burden claim to be documented and kept for five years. The EAA pack builds both from your record for $399, and a person reviews every section before it is released. It is at /eaa.

How can anyone check the record is genuine and not just something you generated?

Every entry in the record carries a SHA-256 of its own contents together with the hash of the entry before it. Editing an entry, moving a date or deleting one breaks every hash after it, and the break cannot be repaired without rewriting the whole chain. The database refuses UPDATE on that table outright.

Each PDF prints a verification address, the hash of the record at the moment it was issued, and the SHA-256 of the file itself. Anyone can open that address without an account, and the page recomputes the chain when it loads and says plainly if anything has changed. You can also export the whole record as CSV or JSON, hashes included, and recompute it yourself with nothing but a SHA-256 implementation.

That last point matters more than it sounds. A chain we control could in principle be rebuilt to say whatever we liked, so internal consistency alone proves nothing. What we cannot do is reach into a PDF already sitting in an inbox we do not control and change the hash printed on it. Keep your copy; it is the half of the proof we cannot touch.

Can I get a report against WCAG 2.1 AA instead of 2.2?

Yes, on any paid plan. Pick the standard when you generate the report.

This matters for US public sector work. The Department of Justice Title II rule and the HHS Section 504 rule both require WCAG 2.1 level AA, not 2.2, so a 2.2 report leaves a procurement officer working out for themselves which failures fall outside the standard they are actually held to.

Scanning is identical either way, and a 2.1 report does not hide what it set aside: open findings that relate only to criteria 2.2 added are listed in their own section, stated as not being failures of the standard the document covers.

Who is behind this?

A very small operation, run by one person. That is worth knowing before you buy, and it is why there is no sales team to talk to, no demo to sit through and no minimum term.

It is also why the plans now sit inside the same range as the established vendors rather than under it. $49 to $249 is what it costs to run the scanning, keep the record safe and answer your email. A price too low to fund that is not a bargain, it is a service that quietly stops working.

The trade-off in your favour is that there is nobody here with an incentive to overstate what the software does.

Before you buy

Automated testing detects roughly 30-40% of WCAG success criteria. It cannot determine whether a site is legally compliant, and it is not a substitute for manual review and assistive-technology testing. This report is a record of what automated checks found on the date shown - nothing more, and nothing less.

If your goal is a certificate saying you are compliant, no honest vendor can sell you one, and we will not pretend otherwise. If your goal is to actually fix your site and be able to show what you did and when, that is precisely what this is for.
